Hi, I am Syd,  from the Philippines.
I am an aspiring freelancer and currently working as a part-time online ESL teacher.

My previous experience in my corporate job was as a Customers Master data analyst in a global company. Wherein my job includes setting up new accounts and amending customers' data. Also, I manage disputes and error transactions. Basically working at the back-end, however, I work at my best to quickly resolve the issues and concerns raised by the customers, as we need to follow certain SLA or service level agreements on each issue raised.

Freelancing might be a challenging journey, however, I am dedicated to pursue this path. Equipping myself with the skills needed through reading advice from experienced freelancers, watching webinars, and even enrolled myself in a freelancing course at FVA Academy.

 

I am motivated to constantly develop my skills and grow professionally. I am trainable and willing to learn. I am very excited to serve my clients and prove that I am worth being hired.

I may be a newbie in the freelancing industry, but I believe if others can do it, I can learn and do it as well. Opportunity is all I need.
